    So we've a right to be trepidatious, though the press release we received does explain that "SpellForce III Reforced offers an intuitive gamepad integration and tailor-made UI to smoothly control an RTS/RPG hybrid with complex mechanics". But if you knew anything about SpellForce as a series, you'd know it sits comfortably in both the "hard" and "core" parts of hardcore. The question then is, can SpellForce III Reforced break the PC-to-console spell that tends to plague these types of ports, and keep the shamers at bay? But make no mistake, a game of this PC-laden depth treads where angels often fear to, and where mockery sits waiting in the wings, to rear its mocking face.
